After Skype chatting with Leanne, (who has moved from Paris, France to Oradea, Romania) we have a bit of a clearer picture of what 2015 could look like for us. Firstly, Leanne will be back in Australia on furlough until May 2015, in this time she will be also aiming to raise funds for the shelter that Abolishion is hoping to establish in Romania. So there isn't much point in Tim and I going over there until Leanne is back.
That would mean us staying in Melbourne until May 2015, I would hopefully be finished my study and continue the work that I have been doing. Tim will try and teach for Term 1, if not at his current school, somewhere that maybe has a long-service leave position. Leanne said that she will be looking at having the shelter for Abolishion commencing in the second half of 2015 so I will be able to be involved in helping with that.Whilst we were on Skype with Leanne, she asked a really great question though for Tim, "Tim would you want to be doing the same work with Rachelle or something else?" This was interesting 'cause Tim had recently been feeling as if he didn't want to just find some teaching work while we were there, he wanted to take the opportunity to get involved in something different too. The 'something different' definitely wasn't the same things I would be involved with with the victims of human trafficking though. Leanne mentioned that the church she had made contacts with in Romania, Bookafe, were looking at starting up a school in the Roma village nearby and maybe that's something Tim would like to be involved in? Yes! Tim was pretty excited at the opportunity and I'm glad that he feels like he would have some purpose too.
Now it's just a matter of praying.
There are so many questions running through our heads. Some days it excites us and other days it scares us...

- Do we really want to do this?
- It will cost a lot of money, and we will be volunteering?
- What will regret more, going or not going?
